eCommerce Rockstar - Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopify

Looking for a royal & trustworthy VA who can work for a long-term for the fast growing company. We need a VA who is royal and ABSOLUTELY reliable, and willing to learn and assist what we do. You must be excellent at customer support.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:
• *Experienced in owning/managing/running Amazon Business and eCommerce is a big plus.**
• Experienced with eBay, Walmart, Upgrade to see actual info and Shopify is a plus.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Currently you are working for other Amazon Seller(s). (* THIS is a MUST requirement. If not, please do not apply)
• Amazon Seller Central experience is a must, min. 2 years experience.
• Minimum 5 years VA experience in Customer Support.
• Must be able to work immediately.
• You love customer support work :)
• can follow instructions

WAGES:
• Part time - $3 - $4.5 based on experience and your skills
• Paid on a bi-weekly basis

TASKS:
• Customer Support for all eCommerce platform - *MUST BE EXCELLENT at this.
• Fulfillment orders to customers/influencers
• Communicate and manage forwarders & suppliers
- Get packing list from suppliers and send them over to forwarders
- Create FBA and UPS labels
• Assist Promotions & Campaigns
• Assist Giveaway contests
• Assist Many Ad-hoc projects
