This job is for an award winning digital marketing and SEO agency with 22 years of experience. Our book is a college marketing textbook and working with us should be a very educational experience.

Here are some typical types of tasks our virtual assistant might handle:

Administrative

• Take notes during online meetings
• Email sorting

Marketing Support

• Research for blog content
• Help us project manage our internal marketing tasks by keeping lists of activities in a tool like Basecamp. You will monitor our email threads and write lists of what is being tasked to different team members.
• If you have Wordpress or social media skills you can help with basic website or social media updates.
• If you have exceptional writing or editing skills you can write occasional blog posts or proofread blog content and marketing materials.

Behind the scenes documentation of client tasks

• You will monitor our email threads and write lists of what is being tasked to different team members for our various clients for storing in Basecamp.

Sales Support

• Create proposals from templates for the CEO
• Sales research

Skills needed

• Microsoft office
• Basecamp project management software experience is helpful but we can train you on this.
• Not required but helpful: Wordpress, Light HTML, Social media skills etc.
• Transcription skills are also totally optional but if someone happens to do this we pay for this already on a monthly basis.
