SharePoint Expert to Mentor IT Staff to Create Forms for SharePoint Lists

I need to create some forms for a SharePoint list but am having problems working out the best way to do it. I want someone who has expertise in SharePoint to mentor me in how to do it. I volunteer for a charity and have very little time to do the work for them, so I want to save my time and effort by getting some mentoring. This is an investment in myself and the charity and I am willing to pay $7/hour for it for at least 3 hours over this weekend in order to get the knowledge so the task done by the end of Sunday or Monday. I will be able to do most of the work, once I get guidance in how to progress the task.
