Working for a leading US real estate company based in Florida, you will be calling homeowners to identify potential home sellers and setting appointments for our Licensed Real Estate Broker to meet the Prospect in their home to discuss selling their home and take a Listing. Calls are made through a company dialing system that you will be provided with. Dials up to 100 dials an hour.
You don't actually have to set the appointment, only identify potential home sellers and our Licensed Real Estate Professional will follow up and set the Appointment. You make the same commission.

What we expect from you: Polite, professional, a great telephone manner, determined and agile with your thoughts. Able to overcome objections and bring sales pitch to a close.

You will need: Fluent English. Work from home. We provide everything in order to succeed. You need to be interested in a long-term opportunity with excellent prospects for advancement.

Salary + commission, the best you will ever find, with a commission paid for every property that gets listed and sold.
Salary 10,000 PHP per month full-time. Plus commission per House Listed and Sold 10,000 PHP. Target is 2-4 houses sold per month after initial couple of months on the job.
