JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a Virtual Assistant who can take over most of my admin (updating weekly business activity tracker, updating contact database, creating weekly announcements and monthly team calendar, etc), social media scheduling/posting work & help with content curation. I am looking for someone who is kind, a team player, open to feedback, quick to complete tasks, detail oriented, and follows through with consistent work.

Proficiency in the following social media platforms is required: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube.

Knowledge in the following programs would be helpful: 1Password, Dropbox, Picmonkey; also skilled in Microsoft Office and use of Google docs. Proficiency in picture editing apps such as Rhonna Designs and FaceTune are preferred.

I desire openness to learning new platforms. I am looking for someone to start on a part time basis (10-12 hours/week). Hours are flexible. I work in Central Standard Time and would need to overlap time zones during each daily shift. It is mandatory that you use 1Password on all devices and accounts pertaining to my accounts. Lastly, you must be willing to do a video Zoom interview.
