C2 Social is a Guam-based digital marketing company entirely focused on being a one-stop solution for Guam businesses who want an effective presence in online digital and social media. Learn more about us at www.C2Social.com. We have a job opening for a full time Account Manager.

Your role will be to help us administer the social and digital platforms and accounts we manage for our business clients, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, websites and other online platforms and Apps.

You will be responsible for publishing posts and ads, scheduling media buys and keeping track of ads in inventory. You will also help with content management at client websites, including loading product, proofing and updating content, and monitoring and improving SEO. You will also produce campaign and website performance reports and monitor online analytics for helpful marketing insights.

You will help maintain already established systems for organizing ads and other creative assets, workflow and production management.

The job requires you to be efficient, timely and detail oriented. And you must be computer fluent and comfortable in the virtual, online environment.

The right person for the job will have these qualities:
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Working knowledge of Facebook and Google advertising platforms
• Professional, courteous and can-do attitude when interacting with clients
• Flexible thinker with an engaged curiosity about the marketing environment
• Ability to work as a cross-functional team member
• Fluent, nimble user of social media platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Fluency with online organizational tools like Dropbox and Google Drive
• A knack for research
• A sharp wit and personable team player
• Willingness to work during nonstandard business hours
• Prior experience in customer service, advertising, public relations or online marketing preferred.
