Amazon Virtual assistant for a company in the United Kingdom

We're looking for a talented remote assistant to help grow our business.
Our ideal candidate would be experienced and passionate about online retail.

Our business has 2 key activities.
The first one is selling products on the European Amazon shops.
Your job will initially be focussed around this, managing the Amazon account.

The main activities for this will be:
- Expending our range by adding products on Amazon
- Finding new products and suppliers that sell them
- Running and measuring PPC campaigns
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders with our suppliers
- Preparing shipments on Amazon and communicate the labelling requirements to our suppliers

Possible future growth:
In the future (end of 2017) we may be able to expand your hours by working on our other business activity.
This is a website which provides global gamers with information about their favourite games.
For this website you'd be researching new online game names and adding them to our website.

In order to build a relationship to works for both sides, we're looking for someone who's:
- Happy to send daily updates and the plan for the next day
- Skilled at finding answers using Google
- Not afraid to ask for help when stuck
- able to join video calls to have efficient communication
- happy to use a time tracking application
- 6 months experience of working remotely for a company selling on Amazon
- able to do 'technical tasks' like adding products to Amazon in batch and creating parent/child products.
- able to send official invoices for your payments
- stable and fast internet
- a stable and fast enough computer to do the work described efficiently

What we're offering you
- A fair salary based on experience
- Initially 16 hours a week. If you're successful at growing our products then this could be increased rapidly.

- Weekly payments for the first 4 weeks, monthly payments after

We've got a probation period of 2 months to make sure that the business relationship works for both sides.
