Seeking knowledgable bookkeeper for US based permanent, part time work.

Bookkeeper

Small medical company based in Florida, USA seeks a part time bookkeeper to manage the quickbooks and handle some other Upgrade to see actual info set hours, only payroll must be done on a specific day each time. Should be ready to do some (light) training during US EST business hours. Experience working with US based companies, particularly small businesses, strongly preferred.
• Proficiency using QuickBooks Online
• Bookkeeping Proficiency
• Code transactions coming through bank feed for one bank account and three credit card accounts daily/weekly – Each transaction needs a vendor and description of expense and transactions need an attachment in QuickBooks documenting the business purpose of the expense.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks monthly
• Reconcile Payroll Clearing account semi-monthly – must net to zero after each payroll run
• Process and file Florida Sales Tax Return monthly
• Must have moderate or better excel skills to calculate commissions.
• MUST process payroll on the correct dates to make sure all sales staff gets paid correctly and on the correct dates (bi monthly) *training provided* (NO EXCUSES FOR NOT PAYING STAFF ON TIME)
• Will calculate individual profits and losses for each event
• Reports directly to the company controller and CEO
• Should have excellent communication skills. Ask questions when you don't understand, and follow directions perfectly.

Wage is calculated at $5/hr at 20 hours a week. Most weeks you will likely work 10 hours or less.
