Real Estate Marketing Expert - Marketing Needed for Vacant Raw Land in the United States

We are looking for a marketing genius that can help market our vacant land properties in the U.S.
We use Podio to manage all of our work so having a base knowledge of Podio is a plus. If you don't know podio but are a marketing expert then we will teach you Podio.

We are looking for someone that will create listings for our Wordpress site, and market those properties all over the web. We will provide most of the data for the properties. But you will need to be creative in writing the titles, and property descriptions. You must be able to think on your own and solve problems on your own. Once you have created a listing on our website we want you to take that information and put it across multiple platforms like.

And there may be more in the future as we grow.

We place a lot of ads/posts advertising properties for sale on Craigslist. As CL changes their rules we get a lot of ads flagged and deleted. We are looking for someone that knows the rules and is successful in placing ads in multiple locations without them being flagged and deleted.

This will be an ongoing position as we buy each property. Sometimes there will be a lot of work and other times it may be slow. But we need you on stand by so that when we do get a property you can finish the marketing quickly.

MUST BE EXPERIENCED:
- Craigslist Expert
- Marketing
- Copywriting
- Data entry
- Maintaining multiple CL accounts
- Figuring out what works and what doesn't without being prompted.

To be considered MUST provide resume and examples of Craigslist ads and screen shots of postings successfully placed and maintained.
