JOB OVERVIEW

This will involved a daily Sykpe meeting with myself to go through the tasks for the day e-mailed the previous night). Good English language skills (written and spoken) will be required. Daily tasks will include booking viewings, meetings and phone consultations (phone and e-mail), keeping my calendar updated, market research for property marketing documents (training handbook provided), researching a list of products and contacting companies to get the relevant Buisness rates/discounts. Some basic bookkeeping using Xero And data entry using less annoying CRM.
In the future this position will develop into being the "head" VA in a team of VA's and learning to use Trello and other cloud-based computer software. The candidate will be required to use Excel and also be involved in the interview process for future hires.
As the job develops the suitable candidate will get a pay rise as they take on more responsibility.
The candidate must have an enthusiasm for learning new skills and some initiative with regards to developing the best strategies to increase efficiency. They will be a highly valued member of the team. We are looking for a long term worker but there will be a 2 month trial period.
