Looking for a virtual assistant capable of managing time wisely, produce high quality work, while working their own schedule. Must be able to do repetitive work.
Preferred qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of business procedures, strategies and time management
• Respect for intellectual property and team player
• Good punctuation, spelling and grammar skills
• Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs)
• Superb communication skills and willingness to ask for additional guidance and direction
• Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
• Send out requested information to customers
• Specialized market and internet research
• Must type: “ready to be great” in the subject of the email when applying
• Manage blogs and social media accounts
• Create presentations and sales materials
• Share industry-related advice and guidance
• Handle website maintenance and updates
• Drive traffic to online storefronts
• Create promotional campaigns and events
• Find and engage potential customers
