JOB OVERVIEW

Wanted: diligent and reliable Administrative Assistant with experience in Content Development and Content Curation, familiar with WordPress, and Social Media. This is not a technical or programming position.
This position will start part time with the goal of expanding to 40 hours per week if possible.
Successful Applicant will be responsible for curating content from multiple internet websites, arranging the content, adding HTML tags, cutting and pasting content into Google Docs and WordPress websites for publication as blog posts.
You will work within specific industries, primarily home services, such as plumbers, plumbing contractors, landscaping, tree services, handyman, and painters as well as professional service providers, such as lawyers and certified public accounts.
You will be responsible for completing tasks with specified time frames. This is important, however, the time allowed for tasks is quite generous. You will be supplied detailed instructions for your services. There will also be a training period where we will pay you to learn our specific techniques. You will be encouraged to ask questions and show initiative in producing your work.

Writing: Special consideration given to individual applicant who has American English writing skill
Article Research: Find Blogs that have content related to specific topics
Social Media: creating posts
Blogging: Writing and editing blog articles
Text Entry: Entering, cutting and pasting, and formatting text
File Management: uploading and downloading files from Google sheets or Excel
Formatting content with basic HTML tag for text titles and creating links
Basic WordPress Management” Logging in, adding content, testing for accuracy
Google Asset Management for Google Drive documents, Google docs and Google sheets
