I run a small architects' firm in Denmark, Europe, and have a good reputation and a solid brand in my country. I used to have two Danish employees for many years, but I prefer to be flexible. I specialize in refurbishing and building extensions to existing homes for private clients. I need a dependable and independant online-employee, who can transform my 2D-AutoCAD-drawings to an ArchiCAD-model, so I can publish a set of 2D-drawings for the application/permit/authorities, and work on details in 2D for the contractors. Rendering will only be relevant for a few special projects.
