We are looking for a virtual assistant to help with daily tasks involved in running an e-commerce business.
Above everything, you must have excellent written English and a flair for creative writing.
Some Daily/Weekly tasks include:
Creating excel spreadsheets with new products
Importing new products into our website
Writing/changing product descriptions
Editing images - resizing, renaming, uploading to website
Writing blog posts
Writing social media posts
Creating web banners
Creating ad banners
Writing leadpages
Writing email newsletters
Listing existing products to eBay and Amazon via our website
Experience in the following would be an advantage:
Magento
Magmi
Excel
Shopify
Ebay
Amazon
M2E Pro
Photoshop
Canva
Leadpages
Wordpress blog
You must have your own computer and internet connection, as we require the 'time proof' software to be installed.
You will be reporting daily to the female director of the company via email or skype message with updates and questions, as the work will vary.
We can provide up to 40 hours a week work, but we are flexible to part time candidates too. Just let us know how many hours you could work each work and what times you can work.
