Drupal Module Developer

I am looking for Drupal module developers with the ability to produce new modules and modify existing ones for a number of Drupal 6 and 7 projects.

The ideal Drupal Developer will have the following technical experience:
* Site building with Drupal 6 or 7
* Developing custom modules
* Drupal API, particularly with session, scheme etc
* Ajax. PHP
* MySQL - best practice in scaling database

In addition, good English skills and a Drupal community ID will be beneficial.
