## Social media growth marketer (short form content)
We’re a company looking for a **social media growth marketer** to help us grow attention and inbound through short form content.
This is not a design role.
This is not a branding role.
This is a **growth and distribution role**.
### What you’ll do
Your focus is simple: help our social presence grow and drive real engagement.
You will:
* Post and distribute short form content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
* Test different hooks, formats, captions, and posting styles
* Repurpose content efficiently across platforms
* Track engagement, comments, DMs, and inbound signals
* Share weekly updates on what you tested and what worked
You will be expected to **ship consistently**, not just plan.
### What success looks like
First 30 days:
* Consistent posting schedule
* Multiple hook and format tests live
* Early engagement and interaction
60 to 90 days:
* Clear understanding of what content performs best
* Repeatable engagement patterns
* Growing inbound interest or conversations
### This role is a good fit if you:
* Have experience growing social accounts or content reach
* Understand short form content and trends
* Are comfortable experimenting and learning fast
* Can work independently with minimal supervision
This role is NOT a fit if you:
* Only want to manage content calendars
* Focus only on visuals and aesthetics
* Need detailed step-by-step instructions before acting
### Requirements
* 3+ years experience in social media growth or content marketing
* Strong understanding of short form platforms
* Basic analytics and reporting skills
* Reliable internet and communication
B2B experience is a plus but not required.
### Work setup
* Remote
* Part-time or full-time (to be discussed)
