We are looking for a hardworking, committed and responsible person to be part of our team and grow in their role with our Commercial Real Estate Appraisal and Tax Consulting business.
You must be able to work independently and complete tasks with limited oversight. The assistant will complete items in a timely manner and will be required to prioritize tasks/projects to meet deadlines. You must be comfortable adapting to new technology, learning new software/websites as well as minor troubleshooting/problem
-Web research
-Data entry into a website database or Excel lists
-Fill in MS Word and Excel templates
-Make Google Maps
-Complete and follow a recurring calendar of tasks
-Administrative tasks such as file management, calendar updates, maintaining lists
-Limited
-Researching and posting links to social media
As you grow in our company you’ll also learn to help support client relations, online marketing, social media and other fun and fulfilling tasks. And yes, training WILL be provided for the right candidate.

This is for a full-time, 40-hour commitment each week and you’ll be expected to provide daily reports for the work you’ve completed. Health insurance, 13th month pay, bonus pay and vacation days will be provided after your initial probationary period.
