Wordpress Expert Needed ASAP

I am in need of some additional help with the multiple WordPress Sits that I currently manage. I am looking for someone that is expert level and is 100% with responsive design. This person will need to talk in my Hawaii morning at 7 am and be available for at least a couple of hours to go over tasks for the day. I am looking for someone part time 4 hours per day.

Again you need to be 100000% expert as I cant spend time re going over things over and over. If you dont know how to do custom post types then please dont apply.

I have multiple different websites that need to be worked on daily. I need someone that doesnt need full instructions that If I say we need to change the logo on a slider they can find where that is, make the logo change and then test it on mobile.

I also need help with woocomerce and custom post types. I have psd to website conversions as well.
