STR VA and Revenue Manager

I own a short-term rental property in the US, listed on Airbnb and VRBO.
I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong experience in STR revenue management — someone who knows how to adjust rates, monitor market trends, and increase occupancy and revenue.
???? Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize pricing, minimum stays, and availability
Track market data and competitor performance
Recommend rate adjustments and promotions
Monitor occupancy, ADR, and revenue reports
Handle basic VA tasks (guest messaging, calendar updates, coordination with cleaners)
? Qualifications
Experience in STR revenue management is required
Familiar with Airbnb, VRBO, and pricing tools (MarketMaker, PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, etc.)
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent written and spoken English
