We are in need of someone who can do a feasibility study on a real estate development/investment and would be able to create a presentation out of it.

This can be a part time or full time work.

This person should be able to produce:
1. Background & Introduction
2. Overview of the Project
3. Economic Overview of the Area
4. Site & Location Analysis
5. Market Assessment
6. Operation
7. Financial Analysis
