JOB OVERVIEW

We are an eCommerce company selling physical products to the American and European markets using Amazon and our eCommerce platform.

We’re looking for a fun, social savvy person to join our team and help us grow our social communities in order to increase the conversion of our social media actions.

We are searching for a new team member for a full-time position. It is important for us that this position will be your main focus and other part-time jobs are not allowed.

Responsibilities & Tasks

-Responding to customer emails;
-Monitor the customer reviews and act according to procedure;
-Handling required administrative works;
-Processing and cancelling orders, changing customer's details in eComm platforms;
-Provide support, including procedural documentation;
-Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals;
-Prioritise and manage cases;
-Respond within agreed time limits;
-Perform internet research on different subjects and summarise the findings;
-Availability to work 5 hours/day and during the weekends for 2 or 3 hours.

Based on proven record, future assignments may be given !
