JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a suitable Office administrator to manage the overall administrative operations of the company .
Below are the specifications for the job.

Roles and Responsibilities/ Requirements for the position:

To provide effective and comprehensive clerical , administrative and creative support to the company.
Organizing and managing proper records and paper work electronically.
Writing emails effectively
Serve as a point of contact for clients and other agents
Type documents, writing and mailing letters, and taking notes
Schedule meetings and manage google calendar on a daily basis
Create presentations and sales materials
Handling company accounts
Has to be flexible in using google docs and various different software applications like Podio
Handle scheduling and delegate daily tasks
Performing any other duties allocated by the CEO within the realms of the post.
