JOB OVERVIEW

I require a full time executive assistant to help with CRM and data entry work, light bookkeeping with Quickbooks (bank reconciliation and data entry with Quickbooks online), scheduling/maintaining a company calendar, returning client calls, emails, answering phones, moving projects through our system workflows and gathering information for estimating, including calling back clients for us and getting more details. Website updates and help with social media posts are a bonus. Hours will need to be during Eastern Time USA business hours to work with our team. Dependable internet connection and lots of experience are necessary. We are exactly opposite the time in the Philippines (7 PM for you is 7 AM here on the east coast of the USA). Work would be Monday through Friday with some rare exceptions. We may shift from 8:30 to 5 with a half hour lunch or may flex to 10 to 7 with a one hour break.

We might also need to forward phone calls to you to receive inbound leads a few times per day where you will live enter the data in our system, and we may need help with personal VA needs like scheduling appointments or doing research for personal needs or purchasing supplies.
