Hi,
We need an experienced Xero bookkeeper/accountant to keep our books up to date.
We have been using Xero for 5 years integrated with ReceiptBank. Our chart of accounts are already set up. Our existing bookkeeper has stopped so we need a replacement to continue with the current processes we have.
You'll log in each week/month and have the accounts up to date.
Your role will be handling the monthly transactions (50 -100) and put them to their proper accounts.
We do not send invoices via Xero, nor do we do or need payroll through Xero.
You'll be reconciling
- Bank statements
- credit card statements
- Paypal statements
By doing the above you will keep our accounts and reports up to date and accurate for BAS periods and financial year end. Our account can submit for BAS if you are not registered.
Qualifications:
- Min 1 year experience with Australian small business
- Know Australian Tax Codes
- You'll be Xero accredited/certified
- You'll have 1 year or more experience with ReceiptBank
- Do Bank Reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, Paypal reconciliation
- You most likely work with a BPO with Australian businesses and you want to add more work out of hours for yourself.
If possible it'll be an advantage if you are a registered Bas agent
