Need Blogger with Excellent, Conversational English Writing Skills

This is a part-time contractor position. I need a blogger who can write in a warm, friendly, personal tone with excellent English (good grammar, spelling, punctuation and near-native fluency are musts). Blog posts will be directed towards college-educated women who are 40 to 65 years old, living in the U.S.

Subject areas for blog posts include: cooking, decorating, Do-it-Yourself (DIY), fashion & beauty, fitness, travel, relationships & parenting, animals & pets, trending stories, and health.

Contractor must be able to follow written and video instructions, use WordPress to post articles, format sub-headings using HTML, use screen capture software to create still photos from videos, insert photos and videos using my template, then schedule Facebook posts using links to the blog posts.

After posting to the blog and Facebook, the contractor will then update an Excel spreadsheet with information and links for each post. I will provide the spreadsheet, resources, and instructions on Google Drive.

I will provide an editorial calendar that will cover several weeks of content (three posts per day, which can be done on your own schedule and posted ahead of time, and three scheduled Facebook posts per day), as well as some preliminary research on the topics, usually with a source article that will have to be completely rewritten, or with a video or slideshow about which content will need to be developed. The headlines will be provided to you.

I would like to eventually turn over research, topic creation and headline writing to my contractor.

There may be the potential for occasional bonuses.

• Please send me links for some examples of online content you have written.
• When (what times/days) are you available for Skype phone calls?
• Do you have specialized skills that will help with this work?
• Do you have a special connection in some way with the target audience (women 40 to 65) and the subject areas mentioned above?
