Wordpress Expert and SEO Wizard

We urgently need a fulltime person who can create responsive WordPress websites. Must be able to convert PSD to WordPress. Having an understanding of PHP and Java experience is a plus.
Other skills we are in need of is a basic level of knowledge in SEO.
We are primarily an SEO company.
Must be proficient in English.

Preferable someone in Luzon province but will consider all applicants depending on your skill.

The successful applicant must be able to provide proof of their skill. just sending URL's and say you built it is not considered as proof.

This will be a long-term hire with room for growth with our company.

Starting salary is negotiable.
