Wanted: Proxy / IP address Specialist for US Firm

US Firm is seeking to hire an individual or individuals with expertise
with one or more of the following:

1. using or creating proxies (perhaps SOCKS5 or
proxies that do not provide any evidence of
the initiating IP address or that a proxy server
is being used)

AND/OR

2. creating a server that can be connected to and
then can display multiple US IP addresses.

AND/OR

3. setting up a server-type system that can be remotely
connected to. This server then could the be remotely
controlled to use a 2nd internet connection which will
display a US IP address
(either through the use of 'dial up' or 'high speed
connection')

AND/OR

4. another feasible solution (we are open to suggestion)


This US based firm is doing this because it is posting advertisements
to marketing websites. The sites have restrictive software in place
which prevents firms from posting multiple ads from common IP addresses.


The candidate would set up a system to defeat these restrictions.

Once this system is set up, we are willing to pay for ongoing support if
the candidate chooses to continue.

Also, if candidate chooses, there may be many opportunities to manage the
advertising postings on an ongoing basis.
