Marketing, Sales and Social Media Assistant

We are a merchant services company and need an assistant to help me work with Sales and Recruiting.
The candidate does not have to sell at all, yet this they will assist me by being good with Social Media, Lead Generation and Email Communication. They will also help me with farming out other projects such as creating flyers, ads, etc...
