We are a woodworking tool manufacturer looking for a superstar virtual
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide basic customer support, responding to customer
-Performing research on various topics such as researching sales leads or competitive information.
-Data entry: this might include editing spreadsheets, creating reports based on sales data
-Social media: tasks may include finding relevant articles or videos to share on our social media, as well as responding to social media inquiries from customers and moderating comments.
-File management: renaming and sorting documents
-Transcription: transcribing podcasts, youtube videos, or voice memos.
-Project management. managing tasks and deliverables.
Job Requirements:
-Must have strong organizational and administrative skills
-Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
-2-3 years experience as a virtual assistant preferred
-Familiarity with Google Docs / Google Apps for collaboration as well as Basecamp and Asana project management
