Property Management Firm based in Florida requires a Virtual Assistant with a solid background in Admin and Customer Service.
Home-based Graveyard Experience is necessary.
Real Estate background is preferred but not essential.
Main duties will include the following:
- Input of work orders and invoices
- Preparation of contracts and reports
- Data Entry

Private and quiet dedicated home office area
Modern computer and operating system
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise canceling headset)

Working Days: Mon-Fri
Hours: 9:00AM-5:30 PM EST including 30 min break
