M&A Associate

We help Americans unlock wealth and free themselves from the corporate day-to-day grind through acquisition. We're a rapidly growing firm and we're looking for an M&A Associate to join our lean, remote team to help our clients in processing deals.

Your Main Responsibilities:
We're looking for a M&A Associate who'll work with our client's deals to take the information we've organized for them to:
1) D ---------- if a deal makes sense to continue
2) Plug their info into our valuation model to assess it
3) Come up with potential offers our client could use to lock in an LOI
4) Present the deal and options to our client via Loom video

You MUST Have:
- Experience analyzing deals both in terms of numbers and business operations, the numbers and financials are a small, small piece of it
You Should Have:
- 1+ year experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc)
- Some financial analysis exposure and want to learn more
- Some experience in presenting a deal and reviewing a deal
- A strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better
- Excellent analytical skills
- Intellectual curiosity and rigor
