I manager 30 single family homes. Hours are flexible for US timing. This would be a part time for sure and possibly sometimes full time. I'm also in the business of buying houses from distressed home owners. So any other experience in real state sales, marketing, wholesaling, zillow, and others let me know. I'm also I'm looking to gather some resumes and see whats available out there for someone to do the following:
-Use your previous knowledge to develop policies and procedures for the company.
-Must be able to develop policy and procedures
-Take maintenance calls
-Screen callers for potential rentals. We will have a script and flow chart to go off of.
-Good English speaking skills
-Keep tracks of rents
-Call tenants for rents
-Bookkeeping is a huge plus, not necessary.
Experience is a must for the job. I need someone to bring their ideas from their previous job. References also are required.
This job will be open for a while and the job description will develop as I figure out what I'm looking for. I just would like to see what is out there that could help make my business flow smooth with out me managing the little things that are important.
