You’d be our ideal candidate if you enjoy video production with a focus on social video content. You love to be involved in editing, color correcting, and animating graphics for online video content. You enjoy quick turnaround projects (not long drawn out productions). You want a chance to enhance your skills by learning from the latest sources, trying new techniques, and working with other creative people. As our new full-time video marketer, you can expect one of three different types of projects.

1) Clients that provide professionally shot video at their location for us to turn into social media content.

2) Clients that have no video footage and expect us to pull stock footage to make a professional video.

3) Clients that want 2D animated videos (You are provided the designs from a professional designer and you animate them).

Requirements
- Communicate, communicate and communicate
- Clear understanding of Adobe Premiere, Media Encoder, and other related software (like After Effects)
- Quickly and efficiently move through raw footage (if your a detailed editor we're probably not a fit)
- Ability to select key clips from raw footage
- Continuity and consistency in editing according to brand style
- Offer suggestions in order to attain overall goals
- Eagerness to learn new techniques, tools, and platforms for digital media
- Ability to work with a team, meet deadlines, and flexibility to change as the project matures
- Skillful at rendering videos for various platforms

Bonus
- Ability to animate text and objects in Adobe After Effects or similar animation software
- Keen eye for design
- Solid understanding of social media video content
- Interest in time-lapse photo/video
- Photo editing and manipulation
- Generate ideas of snack-able content for social media posts

If you're interested, the next step is to do a test project (typically paid). Once you successfully complete the project we'll have you work on a trial-basis full-time for 30-60 days.
