Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Photography Business

???? About the Role:
I run a growing real estate photography business and am looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help keep projects on track and clients happy. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow as my business expands.

You’ll be helping me ensure photos look perfect before delivery, keeping my calendar organized, following up with clients, and handling small admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

???? Responsibilities:
? Perform quality checks on edited photos to ensure alignment, color balance, and overall quality before sending to clients
? Deliver photo sets to clients via Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar
? Manage calendar bookings and coordinate schedules with clients
? Book appointments and confirm details via email
? Follow up on unpaid invoices (friendly reminders)
? Occasional data entry and keeping records up to date
? Post on social media occasionally to maintain an online presence
? Light photo adjustments or retouching (not required daily)

???? Requirements:
? Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
? High attention to detail — you’ll be the last set of eyes before clients see their images
? Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks without losing track
? Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Gmail, etc.
? Can work at least 3–4 hours overlapping US business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred)
? Reliable internet connection

???? Nice to Have:
? Experience supporting photographers, real estate agents, or creative professionals
? Familiarity with Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva
? Knowledge of scheduling tools (Calendly, Acuity) or simple CRM software
? Experience creating basic social media posts
