We need help writting ads and managing all the websites/software where the ads get posted

Job Overview
This will start out a part time job with about 7-10hrs per week, job will likely turn into full time as business grows.

You will be the creator of advertisement for the sale of land. As a new property is acquired, you will be given information on the property characteristics, location, pictures, ect. We will work together to create new content almost daily using our marketing software (training provided). You will also manage ads on multiple sites by adding and deleting/updating when properties are acquired/sold. Also, once a week we email to our list of subscribers and you will create and send that email.

We will be in contact via Slack and you should be writing Craigslist ads for a few minutes everyday.

Requirements:
Must speak and have exceptional grammar when writing in English.
Must have computer with steady internet and camera for video conferences.
Marketing / Advertisement background
Creative with copy writing and ad creation.
Hard working
Meticulous and detail oriented
Communicate and co-ordinate through Slack, Trello, OneDrive, Drop Box, and Skype.

Tasks include:
Craigslist Ad writing
Management of Marketing software (We will provide software training)
Use of Market Research to target advertising cities
E-Mail Marketing / Sending out a weekly email to subscribers
Social Media Advertising-Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/You-Tube
Posting new properties to our website via WordPress
Posting properties to various real estate selling websites.
