Looking for a VA - for Life Insurance cold calling

I’m open to someone who really wants to give this a shot, looking for long term employment.

Looking to hire someone who is comfortable making between ---------- calls a day. Monday - Friday 5hrs a day. 3PM EST- 8pm EST and Saturday 9AM EST - 2PM EST. That is a total of 30hrs per week.

* must be comfortable with rejection, calling alot of people, getting hung up on over the phone, must be comfortable with using call tools calling software ( I will train) must be a fast learner, must be comfortable setting appointments, and doing live transfers via the phone, must be organized and professional, easy to work with , and confident and happy sounding over the phone.

* Must speak clear perfect English Language. Very Fluent.

* Must be comfortable using what’s App/ Group me

* Be knowledgeable about Social Media Ads and posting

* Graphic Design skills via canva a plus

* Must be comfortable calling my existing clients to inform them of missed payments and collecting a time and date they would like to schedule a payment - and effectively communicate that with myself / add to my calendar.

* Must keep my calendar organized. And, send my schedule to my email the day before for next day at the end of each work day.

* Must call for 30 mins a day to attempt to set group seminars for the company to do a free educational event to include free food, prizes, and drinks. ( I will train )

* Must use 15 minutes a day to send out emails ( when deemed necessary- must be great at typing with no typos )

Pay : $4.50- $6.20 ( depending upon skills and work history ) Paid every two weeks

* Bonuses are rewarded
- Set 15 appointments in one work week ( Sunday - Saturday Eastern Time) bonus of $15 ( paid weekly)
- Set 25 appointments in one work week ( Sunday - Saturday Eastern Time ) bonus of $30 ( paid weekly )
- Set anything over 28 appointments in a week ( Sunday - Saturday Eastern Time )
$40( Paid weekly )
- Set a group educational group Seminar
$15 paid per Seminar set for work week
