Interior Design/Architect

We are in search of a licensed architect.  Prior experience working for an Architectural firm is required. The candidate must have experience in design and construction oversight of all aspects of high-end residential projects. The candidate will be a licensed architect with 5 to 10 years of experience. AutoCAD & Revit experience is a must. Ability to work across all phases of the design process; from project planning and concepts through working drawings and construction administration.

 Candidate Requirement:
• Must have a professional degree in architecture from an accredited school
• 3-10 years of experience in architecture
• Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
• AutoCAD and Revit skills are required
• Photo Shop and InDesign skills a plus
• Construction documentation experience 
• Experience in high end residential design
• Have an eye for detail and a strong visual awareness
• Knowledge of building construction detailing on medium to large scale projects 
• Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high level of professional maturity 
• Strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
 Candidate Expectations:
• Provide architectural design presentations to clients and Principal with little to no revisions
• Present to clients and Principal with full confidence and knowledge of project scope and direction
• Work well under pressure and under multiple project deadlines
