Online Marketing manager - Needs to run Complete Business

Need someone to initiate, setup and run a complete Online marketing system. I am looking at making passive income, but do not have any spare time.

Will need you to suggest the right business to get into, discuss and get budgets approved from me, set it up and run it successfully. Looking at someone who has been doing this successfully for some time now. Need you to furnish income proof. I am looking at setting up an income of atleast $3,000-$5,000/ month. Also looking at autopilot setups and very minimal investments. I prefer to stay away from social networks and would prefer a business that is not social based.
