JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a long term VA for my digital marketing company.
This is a growth based job as I am looking to hire for a period no less than 2-3 years.
I have a lot of experience with hiring and managing a virtual team. If selected, you will be stepping into the next phase of your career.

Proposed Compensation: Full-time – from 10000PHP to 15000PHP depending on skill set.

My perfect candidate has 6 core skills, which you will be expected to do daily.

1. Build and improve my online relationships everyday.
2. Check off my pre-curated checklists for VA related tasks daily.
3. Perform link building and on-page SEO for my websites.
4. Do simple, recurring tasks with wordpress, cpanel and social media.
5. Research via google, marketing tools or conversations with people online.
6. Reply to emails, comments, community messages, inquiries, personal messages etc. daily.

I will hire someone who is currently a 5/10 on all these 6 tasks than some one who is 9/10 on only 3 of these.Once you are hired, we will give your advanced training to further build these skills. Please be honest in your application. I will test each of your skills during the interview and a live Skype test.

An average day may look like:

1. Creating a list of tasks for the day.
2. Skype call with me in the morning.
3. Sending outreach email to build relationship with influencers.
4. Forum and blog commenting.
5. Data entry on MS excel, industry websites etc.
6. Use our paid SEO tools to create reports.
7. Send weekly email updates to our clients.
8. Link building
9. On-page SEO
10. Local SEO
11. Create basic how-to-guides, infographics and videos (using our simple tools.)
12. Format and upload blog posts on wordpress
13. Create new wordpress websites for clients, configure plugins and add features to the website
14. Create new domain email id’s using outlook, gmail or zoho.
15. Share scheduled updates daily on social media facebook, Instagram etc.
16. Future (After training) - Perform niche analysis and competitor research
17. Future (After training) – Create basic membership/affiliate websites from scratch
18. Future (After training) Basic video and audio editing
19. Create a list of to-do’s for the next day.
20. Perform minor scheduling tasks as my personal assistant
21. Email/ Skype call with me in the evening.

p.s. You need not have all the skills perfected right away, but you must be open to educating yourself every day with our training modules.
