Amazon/eBay Ordering person for Hayneedle, Wayfair, Walmart, HomeDepot.

We are an established eCommerce company operating in the USA. We are looking to hire a personal assistant to help handle the day to day operation in our eBay and Amazon businesses. We are looking at staff on a FULL TIME basis as an ongoing job. The person we are looking for would handle the orders and all corresponding applications.

Are you an energetic young person, with positive “can do” attitude? Can you set priorities over various tasks so you do an outstanding job? We are looking for a person like you!

Role requirements:

1. Have a proven trackable success within other companies
2. Be able to work from 7:00AM to 15:00 hrs (GMT+8, Manila time) or 13:00 to 21:00hrs
3. Have a Skype account
4. Have a reliable internet connection
5. Have great communication skills
6. Handle orders and add trackings on time
7. Handle live chat conversations with our suppliers
9. Will work initially from Monday to Friday after training will work on shifts including weekends with the above mentioned work time.
10. Fluency in English

What we offer:

1. All training needed for the job will be provided
2. Competitive salary $350 (excluding bonuses)
3. Monthly bonus, up to 10% pending on your performance and the performance of the business (after 3rd month in the company). A penalty will be applied if wrong orders are placed, the person is comming late for his shift or other process violations.
