Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer Wanted for Gaming & Anime YouTube Content!

My name’s Matthew, and I’m the creator behind two YouTube ---------- ---------- started as an anime reaction channel, and it’s been an awesome journey so far.

Along the way, I discovered my passion for gaming content, too, which inspired me to ---------- posted a few videos there, but hit pause due to other work commitments. Now, I’m ready to dive back in and take both channels to the next level!

I’m looking for a dedicated and talented video editor (and ideally a thumbnail designer) who knows the gaming and anime space inside out. If you’re passionate about these worlds and know how to keep viewers hooked, you might be the perfect fit.

Here’s what the job involves:

- Editing both long-form and short-form videos for YouTube

- Creating fun, engaging edits that keep viewers watching till the end

- Delivering 2-3 videos per week

- Thumbnails are a huge plus, but not mandatory

- Each long-form video should ideally be accompanied by 1-2 Shorts for maximum reach

What I’m looking for:

- At least 3 years of video editing experience

- Ideally 2+ years of thumbnail design experience

- Comfortable working during the week and, if needed, occasional weekends

- Skilled with Photoshop

- Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro is a big plus)

- Knowledge of running social media pages is a bonus

- A creative brain, solid sense of humor, and innovative storytelling skills

- Someone who’s driven, proactive, and excited to go above and beyond

- If you’ve worked with other YouTubers, please include links to the channels and any specific videos or thumbnails you’ve edited or created. I’d love to check out your work!

Compensation:

- This is a per-video rate, not hourly

- Starting pay is $25 per video

- Bonus milestones will kick in as we hit channel growth goals. The bigger we grow, the bigger the opportunities for you too!
