Video Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Video Production Manager to oversee the planning, scripting, editing, and final production stages of our Video Marketing campaigns for our clients. This position is aimed to be a full time, 40 hour per week role. Two (2) years of video editing experience is required for this position.

Duties/skills include (but not limited to):

- Possess the ability to produce at LEAST 12 videos per month or more (90 - 120 seconds; our current video editor produces 20+ per month)
- Assist with creation of a web video marketing strategies
- Work with script writer & voice over talents to create storyboards consisting of live footage, images, and voice over media
- Edit raw video & audio media
- Edit chroma key backgrounds
- Create full motion graphic intro and closings
- Produce high quality finished videos in multiple formats (MOV, MPEG4, FLV)
- Create vector graphics using CorelDraw or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Uses Adobe After Effects, Flash, or similar software
- Able to operate Adobe Audition or Sound Booth
- Have the ability to download videos from websites using programs such as RealPlayer Downloader


This person will be responsible for the start to finish production schedule of a video marketing campaign. A typical campaign consists of the following:

- 12 to 20 marketing videos per month ranging from 30-240 seconds in length
- Squeeze page CTA video between 90-180 seconds in length
- Supporting campaign videos for Thank you page and Special offers
- Created custom intro's and outro's

These videos consist of live video footage, images with background audio tracks and voice-over scripts, and full motion animation. Some videos may be slide show style if necessary. Must be able to work with both styles of final production.
