We’re a fast-scaling lifestyle brand selling apparel, home products, and wellness tools across Europe. Our aesthetic is modern, clean and bold — and our product pages must reflect that. We’re looking for a Product Lister who doesn't just upload products... but knows how to strategically present them for conversion.

This is not your average VA role. You’ll work directly with the founder, have creative freedom, and help shape how our brand shows up in the market — product by product.

???? Who We’re Looking For
You’re an organized, detail-obsessed product lister who understands the psychology behind high-converting product pages. You’re not afraid to use AI tools like ChatGPT, image editors, and keyword research software to create world-class listings — every single day.

You know how to balance speed and quality. You’re fluent in Google Sheets. You have an eye for aesthetics and know what makes a customer stop scrolling.

???? Key Responsibilities
Daily listing of new products in our Shopify store
Use AI photo editors (e.g. Canva, Midjourney, Photoroom, or ChatGPT image tools) to create clean, consistent product images with a premium feel
Write or improve product descriptions using ChatGPT + your own customer insight
Develop product titles, tags, and SEO-optimized text that reflects our brand voice
Collaborate with the founder on customer persona prompts and positioning per product
Use Google Sheets to track product uploads, status, pricing, image assets, etc.
Give daily updates and proactively flag missing data, trends, or improvement opportunities
Advise on what types of products are trending and suggest winners proactively

? Requirements
Experience with Shopify product uploads and variants
Familiar with AI tools for photo editing and copywriting (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, Photoroom, etc.)
Excellent English writing and grammar skills and translating to Dutch
Strong sense of visual consistency and e-commerce image standards
Comfortable working in Google Sheets and giving structured daily updates
Proactive mindset — not just a doer, but a thinker
Understanding of customer psychology, product positioning, and e-commerce trends

Experience with fashion, beauty, home or wellness products
Background in e-commerce marketing or conversion copywriting
Knows basic SEO or keyword tools
Can suggest new product ideas based on TikTok, Pinterest, or competitor research
