Mobile Hybrid Ionic/Angular/PHP Developer

My company helps people launch their startups. I've worked in technology for 20 years as a developer and as the CTO of multiple startups. I've standardized my solutions to use DreamFactory (an open-sourced PHP solution that automatically creates APIs based on your database schema), Ionic (I teach people how to use Ionic Creator to design their apps), AngularJS and mySQL. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with my company and move up into system architecture and management roles. This is a full-time role and I'm looking for someone who can help standardize the process to launch an app in days not weeks or months.
