JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a resource to prepare on-line training assets for a variety of applications, primarily in the software quality and testing arena. Specifically, the resource will need to create and develop detailed multi-media training assets and curricula from application manuals.

Qualifications
• College Graduate, preferably in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts Minimum of one year industry experience
• Preferably with functional knowledge on designing content through Velpic (or similar) and presentation and video tools (Camtasia and PowerPoint)
• Experience in delivering complex training assets through an on-line Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience in delivering training assets for software vendors and service suppliers.
• Highly proficient in English (UK) language (both written and oral).
• Highly developed design skills with a flair for delivering training assets which will “wow” our clients.
• Proven ability to deliver high quality output on time and to budget.


Responsibilities
• Develop engaging E-learning solutions that meet the latest instructional design concepts and appropriate media standards
• Convert existing electronic and print-based training content into meaningful and interactive E-learning materials
• Create or collaborate with graphic team for graphics, animations, videos, and other visual elements
• Integrate and edit audio voiceover and sound to enhance e-learning
• Develop curriculum guides and collaterals for courses and/or program components
• Provide technical support and training to clients

• Work with minimal supervision.
