We are a property development and education company. We are in the process of launching a property educational course and promoting the development company to generate sales and to attract further clients.
The job will initially be part time with the view to move into full time in the very near future and working with a larger team that will form the marketing arm of the business.

Your job description will include
• Editing video footage to the extent of changing lighting, adding background music, intro animation, cutting and reducing video footage, inserting images to video with voice over
• Uploading videos to the website and you tube channel
• Creating and maintaining you tube channel
• Filing data and files on the server
You must have
• Extensive experience with video editing
• A sound knowledge and understanding of screen language and syntax
• A strong eye for detail and able to deliver project to strict deadlines
• Impeccable storytelling skills and a seamless editing style
• A creative finesse and a demonstrated ability to deliver projects to a high standard
• The ability to colour-correct footage and grade them to create the desired look and feel of the narrative
• Be willing to take feedback onboard and be highly reflective and critical of own work

To start with there will be a lot of instructions for what is required, however as you progress we expect that you will produce a high quality product with minimal input and reviews from our management team.
