Lead Acquisition Specialist (Adult Market)

Requirements:
- College degree
- Reliable Internet and power
- Stable computer with video camera
- Working from home for at least a year

- Experience in online marketing or advertising such as Facebook, AdWords or other advertising platform

Avoid the commute and work with a global team from your home office full-time while using Skype, Asana, Slack, Google Sheets and Docs and advertising media buying consoles such as iMobitracks and Prosper 202.

You will train with a manager to coordinate with copywriters and graphic designers to create, flight and optimize ad campaigns on Traffic Junky and other adult ad networks to acquire legitimate email opt-ins of our target customer (Men 38-78 in the US, Canada, AU/NZ and Europe).

You will manage a daily media and creative budget to achieve cost-per-acquired-lead target metrics.

We run a family-oriented business and want to hire someone who wants a steady job for many years where you keep getting better and better at mastering email acquisition to grow our list of fans and followers.

We sell online home study programs that teach people how to have more passionate sex. We market our programs via email, so we grow our list buying advertising and getting customers who like to receive our emails. Adult traffic is the only scalable media we can buy, so this role is pivotal to the growth and success of our company.

The company is 10 years old. We have 20 employees, mostly based in the Philippines and India. A Silicon Valley technology entrepreneurial husband and wife own and run the company with a great team of people who all enjoy working together.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable and stable, good with numbers who likes to work in a virtual team environment.

There is plenty of on-the-job training, so we’d even choose someone with no media buying experience as long as you are somebody who wants to learn, enjoys working on porn sites and has no limitations at working from home doing so.

You must have reliable Internet and power and maintain your own computer with a video camera for Skype calls.
