Full-Time Lead Video Editor

Looking for a position with LOTS of growth potential? Tired of editing low quality videos? You're in luck!

We're looking for a long-term video editor who is excited to produce high quality content and an eye for detail. This professional would be comfortable using the adobe suite, google suite, slack, and davinci resolve. We create a wide variety of videos across our 6 brands. From personal brands, to Christian content and even service based businesses such as doctors & lawyers. Some are documentary style (45-90 minutes), educational content (20-35 minutes), long form videos (5-15 minutes), and short form like reels/shorts/Google ads (30-90 seconds). Each project must be unique and tailored to the specific niche. Each video will also need a custom thumbnail, this is where software like photoshop or affinity come in handy.

Our goal is to establish a lead video editor so that eventually we could continue expanding our team.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills! We have daily video check in calls to ensure project feedback and deadlines are met. We are looking for someone willing to learn but also share your feedback on our process and how we could make improvements.
- Highly organized. Since we work with a large volume of clients across our 6 brands, we have a process in place to help us create content at scale. Taking detailed notes, record keeping, and sorting file versions are apart of
- Fast internet connection. We work with large files so a fast and reliable connection is key! Both upload and download since the project files need to be uploaded for archival purposes. (A single project could be 500gb-1tb, 4K at minimum)
- Curiosity for AI and willingness to utilize it in your workflow to enhance the final product

After our 90 day probationary period, you will also have access the following benefits:
