JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are a small UK-based business selling high-quality leather purses, wallets, gloves and belts. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant to manage our eBay listings and customer inquiries.

In future, we plan to expand into dropshipping — and we’d love to grow with someone who can help support that shift.

Main Responsibilities
Create professional eBay listings from provided product photos

Write clear, optimized titles and product descriptions

Use relevant keywords for search visibility

Select accurate item specifics and categories

Monitor and respond to customer messages in a timely, helpful tone

Adjust or update listings as needed (e.g. pricing, stock status)

Track listed inventory and report weekly updates

Monitor feedback and report any issues

Bonus Responsibilities (with training)
Edit product photos for clarity (basic tools like Canva or PhotoRoom)

Prepare sales summaries or basic reports

Research competitors or dropshipping suppliers

Assist with order tracking for dropshipped products

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Are dependable, organized, and love following a clear system

Are comfortable working with eBay (training provided if needed)

Have excellent written English

Pay close attention to detail and accuracy

Can commit to consistent part-time hours with good communication. Hours can be flexible in terms of both how many you want to work and also the time of day you want to work.

Are open to growing into a bigger role over time
