YouTube Creative Director

We’re looking for an experienced YouTube Creative Director to lead and oversee the production process of our YouTube channel. You’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and executing video content, and will work closely with AI artists, video editors, and other creatives to bring our vision to life.

What You’ll Do:
- Take full responsibility for video production
- Lead the creative process for YouTube videos, ensuring all assets (AI-generated and human-created) align with the channel's vision
- Manage and guide AI artists, video editors, and other tea ---------- mbers
- Ensure videos meet quality standards, both in terms of visual assets and content execution
- Oversee the final video edits and manage the publishing process

Key Requirements for Candidates:
- Must have worked on at least one successful YouTube channel (100k+ subs minimum).
- Bonus points if it’s in a related or adjacent niche (tech, AI, business, education).
- Must have been in a leadership or ownership role (not just a freelancer or minor contributor).
- With strong understanding of YouTube's platform, video editing, design, and AI tools
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a creative production process
